With a decade of experience under his belt, Phil brings a comprehensive understanding of financial management to Crown Contractors. His expertise spans a wide spectrum, from overseeing project finances ranging from $10 million to over $200 million, to project managing over $25 million in commercial construction across the United States.

Phil's academic achievements are as impressive as his professional accolades, holding three college degrees - a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Real Estate Development.

For many years, Phil operated the corporate real estate & facilities team for a public company, overseeing the leases of about 1 million square feet, from New York to San Francisco, and Milwaukee down to Phoenix.

Before co-founding Crown Contractors, Phil operated the financial arm of a private resort development near Park City, Utah. He oversaw the day-to-day accounting of construction and land development, along with helping the development create a solid capital stack.

With over 27 years of invaluable experience, Lonnie brings a wealth of expertise to the Crown Contractors team. Lonnie recently served as the qualifying general contractor at a resort development near Park City, Utah. While there, he oversaw the day-to-day construction operations spanning across 1,500 acres, orchestrating both the horizontal and vertical construction management.

Lonnie's experience prior to the resort includes leading multiple divisions for both Morgan Asphalt, than Green Construction. His teams at each company surpassed 200 people during his tenure. He executed successful infrastructure projects across the intermountain west, surpassing $200 million in project size.

Due to Lonnie's extensive network, he has put together a construction team of Master Framers, Masons, Excavators, and Golf course Shapers. Crown's trades have over 150 years combined experience in their trades.

Perry has spent his entire life around construction, literally! Raised by a construction manager, Perry has been swinging a hammer since he was 12 years old. As a Project Manager, Perry has spent the last 20 years building custom homes, industrial construction, and resort amenities.

Project highlights include the Washakie Glycerin Tower, Lagoon's Cannibal roller coaster, and over $14 million in residential custom homes.

Jose has operated heavy machinery for the last 20 years. He has been a loyal tradesman to Lonnie, following him from Morgan Asphalt to Green Construction to the private resort near Park City.

Jose is an expert earth mover, with thousands of projects under his belt, including site packages, roadway mass excavation, and retention ponds.
